2. Document Processing with Military-Grade Encryption
All sensitive information, including photographs of tickets, identity documents, and testimonies, is processed using end-to-end encryption protocols (AES-256). Files are kept on secure servers only for the time necessary to generate the document and are then deleted.
3. Secure Financial Transactions
To ensure maximum security, Escudo Vial does not store or have access to your card details. All payments are processed externally through Paddle, a platform that complies with international PCI-DSS security standards.
4. Limitation of Data Liability
The user is responsible for the veracity of the information provided. Escudo Vial does not validate the authenticity of the uploaded evidence, limiting itself to structuring it legally for the user's defense.
